Well, sort of . . .
Today we received our "conditional" certificate of occupancy. We passed all of our interior inspections, but we haven't finished our final grade, sod/grass, and driveway. This concerns the county because of WMSC - water management and sediment control. So, once all of that is finished - in about 2-3 weeks depending on weather - we will have our FINAL certificate of occupancy. But in the mean time, we are allowed to move in and live there, while the outside work is being finished up. We started moving things in today and hopefully will be completely in by the weekend. So glad I'm on vacation this week!
We'll be getting our phone/internet via a temporary line in a week or so, so my postings may be sporadic between now and then. I'll try to post pictures as soon as I can! Wish us luck . . .
